Heartland was created by CNS International Ministries to fulfill a vision for meeting the needs of northeast Missouri and regions beyond. It is a community where men, women, and children who were bound with life-controlling addictions, attitudes, and behavioral problems are having their hearts and lives transformed by Jesus. 

While they are here, they learn the value of hard work, Biblical teaching and preaching, an education, and an open heart to the Gospel. These people are the ones preparing and serving your dinner, greeting you at the Lodge, milking cows and goats at the dairy, making pizzas at the Solid Rock Cafe, folding clothes at the Laundromat, bottling milk at the Creamery, and stocking shelves at the convenience store. The transformation of lives is amazing and exciting.
